Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze Sklepu Internetowego, w szczególności zasady składania zamówień, dokonywania płatności, reklamacji oraz prawa i obowiązki Klientów i Uczelni.These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Online Store, in particular the rules for placing orders, making payments, complaints, as well as the rights and obligations of Customers and the University.

2. DEFINICJE / DEFINITIONS

  1. Uczelnia / University – Międzynarodowa Uczelnia Nauk Społecznych, Medycznych i Prawnych.
  2. Sklep Internetowy / Online Store – system teleinformatyczny dostępny pod adresem muns.edu.pl umożliwiający dokonanie płatności online.
  3. Klient / Customer – osoba fizyczna, osoba prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna, która korzysta ze Sklepu Internetowego.
  4. Student / Student – osoba przyjęta na studia w Uczelni, dokonująca płatności za czesne lub inne opłaty.
  5. Operator płatności / Payment Operator – podmiot obsługujący płatności elektroniczne (PayU, PayPal).
  6. Regulamin / Terms and Conditions – niniejszy dokument.

3. RODZAJE I ZAKRES USŁUG / TYPES AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

  1. Sklep Internetowy umożliwia uiszczanie online następujących opłat:
    – opłata rekrutacyjna,
    – czesne za studia stacjonarne i niestacjonarne,
    – opłaty za studia prowadzone w formie zdalnej,
    – opłaty za kursy dodatkowe i szkolenia organizowane przez Uczelnię.The Online Store allows online payments for the following:
    – admission fee,
    – tuition fees for full-time and part-time studies,
    – fees for distance learning programs,
    – fees for additional courses and training organized by the University.

4. ZAWARCIE UMOWY / CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

  1. Umowa pomiędzy Klientem a Uczelnią zostaje zawarta z chwilą dokonania płatności poprzez Sklep Internetowy i jej potwierdzenia przez Operatora płatności.The agreement between the Customer and the University is concluded at the time of making the payment through the Online Store and its confirmation by the Payment Operator.
  2. Potwierdzenie zawarcia umowy stanowi e-mail z potwierdzeniem płatności wysłany na adres podany przez Klienta.Confirmation of the conclusion of the agreement is an e-mail confirming the payment sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.

5. ZASADY PŁATNOŚCI / PAYMENT RULES

  1. Wszystkie ceny podawane są w złotych polskich (PLN) i zawierają obowiązujące podatki.

  3. Płatności realizowane są niezwłocznie, a status płatności widoczny jest w systemie po zaksięgowaniu przez Operatora płatności.Payments are processed immediately, and the payment status is visible in the system once recorded by the Payment Operator.

6. PRAWO ODSTĄPIENIA OD UMOWY / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. Zgodnie z ustawą o prawach konsumenta, Klient będący konsumentem ma prawo odstąpić od umowy zawartej na odległość w terminie 14 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy, z wyjątkiem sytuacji określonych w pkt 2.In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, except as provided in point 2.
  2. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje w przypadku opłat rekrutacyjnych oraz czesnego za studia, jeśli proces rekrutacji został zakończony lub rozpoczęto świadczenie usług edukacyjnych.The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of admission fees and tuition fees if the admission process has been completed or the educational services have commenced.
  3. W przypadku kursów i szkoleń online Klient może odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni, o ile nie rozpoczęto świadczenia usług.For online courses and training, the Customer may withdraw within 14 days, provided that the service has not yet commenced.

7. REKLAMACJE / COMPLAINTS

  1. Reklamacje związane z funkcjonowaniem Sklepu Internetowego oraz płatnościami można zgłaszać na adres: info@muns.edu.pl.Complaints regarding the functioning of the Online Store and payments may be submitted to: info@muns.edu.pl.
  2. Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane w terminie 14 dni od daty ich otrzymania.Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

8. ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ / LIABILITY

  1. Uczelnia nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przerwy w działaniu systemów płatności wynikające z przyczyn leżących po stronie Operatora płatności.The University is not responsible for interruptions in payment systems caused by the Payment Operator.
  2. Uczelnia odpowiada wobec Klienta zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.The University is liable to the Customer in accordance with applicable law.

9. OCHRONA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH / PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych Klientów jest Międzynarodowa Uczelnia Nauk Społecznych, Medycznych i Prawnych.The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the International University of Social, Medical and Legal Sciences.
  2. Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych określa odrębna Polityka Prywatności dostępna na stronie https://muns.edu.pl.The rules for processing personal data are set out in a separate Privacy Policy available at https://muns.edu.pl.

10. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE / FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu.These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem stosuje się przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustawy o prawach konsumenta.In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
  3. Wszelkie spory wynikłe na tle stosowania niniejszego Regulaminu będą rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy zgodnie z przepisami prawa.Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
